RCB vs GT at home is an important test for the bowling unit
The relatively smaller size of the Chinnaswamy stadium has been a challenge to the bowling stock of RCB in many seasons before. However, some key picks at the mega-auction has given the side a lot more balance. Bhuvaneshwar Kumar and Josh Hazlewood are proven wicket-takers, who can suit the Bengaluru conditions. Add in Yash Dayal, who had a wonderful first season in the Red & Gold jersey and it is a potent mix that has shown a lot of promise in the first two matches.
Regardless, a big test awaits the bowling unit as their success at home is crucial to build a home advantage in Bengaluru.
